The Twinning Lab

The EU-US NGI Twinning Lab allows organisations and researchers from across the Atlantic, with an interest in EU - US experimental activities in NGI topics, to partner up and collaborate on joint proposals. By finding the right partner, this might just be the missing element that would increase the chances of your proposal getting funded!

In this space, researchers, innovators and start-ups can discover and connect with transatlantic actors and establish complementary partnerships in addressing NGI challenges across a number of topics. The EU-US Twinning Lab highlights the talent pool both from the EU and from the USA.

How to get started

1. Identify the topic you would like to respond to and identify the next open call you aim to respond to.
2. Have a concept paper of your proposal ready for sharing to potential partners. 
3. Please note that in order to join the Twinning Lab, you need to sign in with your existing credentials or you will need to register to the NGI TRANSOCEANIC website. If you have already signed up to the website, please login with your credentials.
4. Search through the EU-US Twinning Lab based on the areas of expertise, location or even past experience in responding to the EU-US NGI calls. 
5. Get in touch with partners from across the EU and US to develop plans for joint experiments or demonstrations and submit them to the NGI TRANSOCEANIC open calls.
